Abstract: At 1:30 p.m. on July 25, 2019, an employee was operating a Suprema Plus Model 450 SI UL F16 Depositer, which is used to dispense dough to make single cookies. The employee caught her fingers in the two rollers of the machine while trying to adjust the texture of the dough. The employee amputated her right middle finger, requiring medical treatment without hospitalization.
