Abstract: At 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2019, an employee, who is employed as a painter, scratched his left leg on a bed frame. On July 25, 2019, the employee went to the hospital by himself and was admitted to the hospital due to septic infection of the scratch. The employee was hospitalized for approximately 17 days. At 3:35 p.m. on August 9, 2019, the employer reported the incident.
