Abstract: At 6:30 p.m. on July 19, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was found dead inside a vacant apartment at a multifamily residential project. He had been involved in marking the parking lot for painting. Employee #1 was last seen picking up traffic cones from the parking lot and walking back to the work truck. The investigation report identified this death as heat-related.
