Abstract: At 1:35 p.m. on January 15, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a masonry contractor, was working from a scaffold and mixing mortar for the exterior of a new one-story commercial building. The employee fell, a fall height of 17 feet. His coworkers discovered him face down on the ground. The employee was transported to the hospital, where he was admitted for treatment of a fractured neck.
