Abstract: At 4:45 p.m. on May 13, 2019, Employee #1 was un-hitching a trailer that was loaded with construction equipment, including a tractor and concrete metal stakes. The trailer jack snapped off as the trailer was being raised, and the falling trailer crushed Employee #1's ankle. The employee was transported to the hospital and admitted for treatment of the crushed ankle. The trailer was later determined to have been overloaded.
