Abstract: At 10:00 a.m. on May 24, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a plumbing and heating c ompany, was working at a building construction site. He was working from a 10-f oot ladder and installing duct work when he fell, a fall height of 8 feet. The employee was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for five fractur ed ribs and a laceration to the head.
