Abstract: At 8:30 a.m. on April 29, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a steel erection company, was working from a scissor lift and welding columns for a new one-story commercial building, a multiemployer construction project. He was found lying on the floor of the scissor lift. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he died. At the time of this report, the cause of death was unknown.
