Abstract: At 3:45 p.m. on January 15, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a masonry construction company, was working from a scaffold at the construction of a one-story commercial building. An unsecured scaffold bracket gave way, and the scaffold plank the employee was standing on collapsed. Employee #1 fell, a fall height of 13 feet. He was transported to the hospital for treatment of blunt force traumatic injuries.
