Abstract: At 1:33 p.m. on December 4, 2018, an employee was securing a door for a roll-off truck to dump garbage when a second truck dumped a 1,000 lb hale behind her, pinning and crushing her against her truck. The employee punctured her intestine, damaged her colon, damaged a disc in her lower back, and bruised her mouth and jaw. The employee was taken to Natividad Hospital where she was admitted for nine days.
