Abstract: At 7:33 a.m. on December 10, 2018, an employee and coworker were sorting used carpet and carpet padding on the main commercial material receiving floor when a truck driven by a second coworker ran over a nearby roll of padding. The employee was struck and pinned by the bin that fell off of the truck and it went past, fracturing his hip. The employee was hospitalized.
