Abstract: At 3:00 p.m. on October 4, 2018, an employee was operating a crane when some molten steel contacted some water, causing an explosion that created a large amount of smoke and dust. The employee inhaled a large amount and sustained a severe throat irritation. The employee was hospitalized.
