At 5:30 a.m. on November 5, 2018, Employee #1 was cleaning the area around the w ork station. The employee finished cleaning the area around his work station. W hile doing so, the employee walked by a rotating conveyor pulley which was ungua rded. The employee's glove was grabbed by the conveyor pulley and belt pulling h is arm into the conveyor. The machine automatically shut down and the employee w as freed from the machine. The employee was hospitalized overnight in the emerge ncy room for a broken left arm. The employee was working alone at the time of th e incident and weather did not play a factor in the incident.
