Abstract: At 11:30 a.m. on October 4, 2018, an employee was operating a four and one half inch grinder, without the guard, to cut chimney joints in order to tuck point the chimney. While cutting, the grinder kicked back and struck the employee's arm. The employee received a severe laceration injury to his right arm and was hospitalized.
