Abstract: At 1:15 p.m. on June 20, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction subcontractor at a multiemployer construction project, was carrying tools and equipment as he climbed a ladder. He lost his footing and fell, a fall height of 18 feet. The employee was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for a fractured leg. [NOTE: this is same incident as #106704 but some facts differ]
