Abstract: At 12:00 p.m. on March 5, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a company in the agricultural services industry, was engaged in exterior cladding of a building. He was working from the platform of a skid steer loader and removing sheet metal when he fell from the platform, a fall height of 12 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a fractured leg and multiple vertebrae fractures.
