Abstract: At 6:15 a.m. on March 6, 2018, an employee was raising the stands on a trailer with a crank. As the employee was connecting the trailer to the cab, an adjacent 53 foot tractor trailer pulled away from its parking spot and pinned the employee in between the two trailers. The employee was killed.
