Abstract: At 9:00 a.m. on February 1, 2018, Employee #1, employed by an equipment supplier, was working at a multiemployer construction project, a two-story commercial building. He was climbing down an extension ladder set against a 12-foot mezzanine. The ladder slipped, and Employee #1 fell and struck the concrete floor. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he was admitted and treated for a fractured disc.
