At 12:55 p.m. on November 30, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a heating and air c onditioning company, was monitoring the forming of a metal part. His gloved han d apparently caught on the edge of the part and was pulled into the dies. His l eft pinky finger was amputated. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for the amputation.
