Abstract: At 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2017, an employee was climbing up a ladder to open a roof hatch on the 4th floor. The employee fell from the ladder to the 3rd floor and struck the top of the guardrail on both levels before landing on the 3rd floor. The employee was killed from blunt force trauma injuries.
