Abstract: At 9:00 a.m. on November 9, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was working at a multiemployer construction project, a three-story structure. He was on the roof and lowering a ladder through an opening to the level below when he slipped through the opening and fell, a fall height of 12.5 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for seven fractured ribs and a fractured left leg.
