Employee falls from tree after uprooting, sustains fatal inj

At 12:00 a.m. on May 25, 2024, Employee #1 was in the process of cutting down a tree when the tree uprooted unexpectedly while the employee was still in it. The employee and the tree both fell to the ground. The employee sustained fatal injuries from the fall and was pronounced dead at the scene.
