Employee suffers partial fingertip amputation while operatin

At 9:45 a.m. on September 20, 2020, Employee #1 was operating a rubber mill and was attempting to push product into the rubber mill area. The material was not responding to the rotation of the drum mechanisms when the employee's fingertip was crushed. The employee was hospitalized and received a surgical partial amputation of the crushed fingertip.
