Two Employees with COVID-19 infection die and one is hospita

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on June 4, 2020, three employees (2 registered nurses and a care partner) were performing their normally assigned duties for their employer. Employee #1, a care partner, worked part time and full time with a VA Hospital. Employee #2, registered nurse, worked part-time for this employer and full time with Kaiser Permanente. Employee #1, a registered nurse, worked full-time for this employer. The three employees contracted COVID-19. Employee #1 was hospitalized and then released. Employee #2 and Employee #3 were hospitalized and subsequently died.
