At 12:00 a.m. on July 9, 2020, Employee #1 was working for a power/communication line contractor. Employee #1 was loading sections of pipe onto a trailer. The trailer and pipes shifted causing the load to fall. A pipe struck Employee #1 causing a collapsed lung. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
