Investigation Summary
At 12:48 p.m. on May 21, 2020, an employee and a coworker were installing flashing to the unprotected edges of a building deck. The employee went on break and at some point fell eleven feet off the roof where the employee was later found. The employee was killed by unspecified head injuries.
