Pressure washing employee falls from roof of guard shack and

At 11:30 a.m. on May 18, 2020, an employee was working as a pressure washing technician for a pressure washing service. He was at a site, on the roof of a guard shack. He was working about 12 or15 feet (3.7 to 4.6 meters) up. He was preparing to pressure wash an air conditioning unit on the roof of the guard shack. He was hoisting the pressure washer hose up to the roof with a rope. He lost his balance and fell from the roof of the guard shack. He suffered multiple injuries, including a broken right leg, a broken finger on his right hand, and a dislocated right shoulder. He was hospitalized.
