Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on May 16, 2020, an employee, a certified nursing assistant (CNA), was tending/caring for a resident in the rehabilitation unit. The resident became symptomatic two days later and tested positive for COVID-19 on April 23, 2020. The CNA then tested positive for COVID-19 on April 25, 2020. The employee was hospitalized with the COVID-19 virus.
