Investigation Summary
At 7:00 p.m. on February 11, 2020, an employee working as a machine operator for a lumber supplier was triggering a light sensor on a notcher machine to make the machine move. The employee placed his finger between the ram and the wood when trying to trigger the sensor. The employee caught his right pinky finger in the point of operation and lacerated the finger, requiring medical treatment without hospitalization.
