Employee crushes head between pickup truck and tree while ba

At 10:30 a.m. on December 11, 2019, an employee was backing up a pickup truck to hitch up a U-Haul trailer. The employee was leaning out of an open door when it slide down a icy surface and pinned his head between a tree and the truck's left A-pillar. The employee crushed his head and left shoulder as well as sustaining arm injuries. The employee was killed.
