Employee fractures forearm when pulled into press

At 7:30 p.m. on May 1, 2019, an employee was conducting a roll change-over on press number one in the printing department. The press was not locked out during the change-over and rolls were rotating on the winder station. When the employee transferred material from one roller to another, his left arm was pulled onto the roller and wrapped around it resulting in multiple fractures of the left forearm. The employee was hospitalized due to the injury.
