Investigation Summary
At 7:00 a.m. on April 11, 2019, Employee # 1 was crossing the street to grab two trash containers to empty into the back of a truck. As he was returning the trash containers, he stepped out from behind the truck and was struck by a passing automobile going the other direction. He sustained a broken femur and was hospitalized.
