Employee fractures leg when pinned between forklift and pal

At 12:15 p.m. on April 9, 2019, an employee was moving stock with a standup forklift. The employee leg was struck by a pallet jack which was not being used at the time. The employee sustained a fracture to his leg as a result of being pinned between the forklift and the pallet jack. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
