Employee amputates fingertip when caught by conductor casing

At 10:30 a.m. on February 25, 2019, an employee was guiding first joint of a casing into the conductor casing located in the cellar when the centralizer slid down the pipe and caught his left ring finger. The employee amputated his fingertip and was hospitalized.
