Employee loses balance and amputates fingertip of thumb when

At 10:15 a.m. on February 20, 2019, an employee was wrapping a product on the Orin Pallet Wrapper when he lost his balance and placed his right hand out to brace his fall. The employee caught his thumb in the ingoing nip point between the loading ramp and the rotating platform of the wrapper. The employee amputated the tip of his thumb and was hospitalized.
