At 4:30 p.m. on January 9, 2019, an employee was servicing a refrigeration unit located on top of a truck cab before returning it to a customer. The employee was working from a 10 foot ladder when he lost his balance and fell, landing on the concrete floor. The employee fractured his right leg and wrist. The employee was hospitalized.
