Employee amputates fingertip by falling fire extinguisher

At 7:15 p.m. on January 16, 2019, Employee #1 was cleaning the floor when he slipped and fell on a wet floor sign. While falling, the employee grabbed the fire extinguisher which then fell on the employee's hand causing a right index finger amputation to first knuckle. The employee was hospitalized.
