At 11:30 a.m. on November 12, 2018, an employee was using a saw. While the saw blade was still rotating, the employee reached into the point of operation to remove a piece of metal. The saw blade contacted his left hand, amputating his index, and middle fingers. The employee was hospitalized and received treatment for his injuries.
