Employee amputates three fingertips when caught in machine r

At 11:45 p.m. on November 19, 2018, an employee was cleaning the build up off of the feed roll while the machine was still in operation and had his right hand pulled into it, catching his fingers in the feed rollers. The employee amputating his index, middle, and ring fingertips. The employee was hospitalized.
