Investigation Summary
At 7:00 a.m. on November 8, 2018, an employee prepared to shower at the end of his work shift. The employee left the rest of the work crew to shower. He was found submerged in water in the bathtub that's used as a shower in the officer's bathroom. The cause of employee's death is unknown at this time.
