Employee has a heart attack and later dies at hospital

On August 12, 2018, an employee was back filling a sewer during a hot and humid day. The employee was feeling some discomfort and reported that to his supervisor who brought him to a portajon. The supervisor hear a loud thump inside the portajon and found the employee had fallen. The employee was transported to the hospital where he passed away from a heart attack.
