Investigation Summary
At 11:30 a.m. on May 3, 2019, an employee was transferring about 2 gallons of hot glue from a packing area to an outside dumpster. As he was trying to pour the glue into the dumpster, the cardboard box struck the dumpster, causing the glue to spill onto him. This resulted in second and third degree burns to his hands and arms.
