At 12:25 p.m. on February 21, 2018, an employee placed a metal tray with containers of explosive material on a conductive table to begin scrapping process. The employee was caught by an explosion that was caused due to a electric static discharge and suffered burns and lacerations to his arms and abdomen. The employee was hospitalized.
