Employee collapses and dies of a myocardial infarction

At 1:05 p.m. on November 27, 2017, Employee #1 was performing a preventative maintenance inspection on a HVAC system. The employee informed his coworker that he was not feeling well. The coworker helped him out of the mechanical room and sat him down with his back against the outside wall. Shortly thereafter, the employee collapsed and died of a myocardial infarction.
