At 1:20 p.m. on October 17, 2017, an employee was on a 6 foot stepladder placed on uneven concrete driveway surface. The employee was cleaning the grape cluster thruster. The employee fell off the ladder to the ground. The employee was transported to Valley Medical Center Hospital San Jose. The injured employee was found on the ground unconscious. The injured employee sustained a laceration to the right side of his head and internal brain bleeding.
