Employee collides with second forklift and suffers a fractur

At 12:30 p.m. on August 16, 2017, an employee was operating a stand up reach forklift and collided with a second forklift that was stationary. The employee's leg was caught between the two forklifts and the employee suffered a fractured femur. The employee was transported to Riverside County Regional Medical Center where he was hospitalized.
