Employee's arm is fractured when pulled into the Tale Pulley

At approximately 6:30 a.m. on August 3, 2017, an employee was cleaning with a rake around the chip belt conveyor area. The employee using a rake tried to dislodge a stick jam in an oversize chip conveyor. The employee's arm was pulled into the tale pulley belt of the conveyor. The employee's left arm was fractured for which he was hospitalized.
