Employee is injured when struck by bread cart
At approximately 7:00 p.m. on August 5, 2017, an employee was walking quickly at work. The employee struck a bread cart after rounding a corner too sharply, striking himself in the hip/groin area. The employee suffered massive hematoma and was hospitalized.
