Investigation Summary
At 6:00 a.m. on July 28, 2017, an employee arrived at his work in the vineyard. Shortly after arriving at work, he collapsed. He did not complain or report any symptoms prior to his collapse. The foreman immediately called 911. The employee suffered a sudden fatal cardiac arrest due to natural causes.
