At 10:45 a.m. on July 10, 2017, Employee #1 was performing landscaping duties. The employee began to trim a tree, and stood on one of the tree branches. Employee #1 fell to the ground and sustained fractured ribs. Employee #1 was hospitalized for two or more days.
