Employee fractures femur in fall and is hospitalized

At 3:50 p.m. on June 26, 2017, Employee #1 was working on a construction project. While working, the employee stepped on a floor joist to grab a tool, when he fell through the joists and landed on the level below. The employee sustained a fractured femur and was hospitalized.
